CUNY-IIE hosted the educator modules launch on translanguaging and trauma-informed practice on November 16, 2023, via Zoom. The modules provide educators of immigrant-origin students with the foundational information to integrate these areas into their pedagogical approach.

The webinar was moderated by Tatyana Kleyn, CUNY-IIE Principal Investigator and Professor of Bilingual Education and TESOL programs at The City College of New York.
The event opened with an overview of each topic by Ofelia García and Khánh Lê, followed by an overview of each module by authors, Ashley Busone-Rodríguez and Maite Sánchez.
